This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Arc Home Decor, a trading name of Kissing Pirate Ltd.
We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original components, fittings and accessories.
- Be returned in its original packaging wherever possible.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return so we can process your request quickly.
Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order is damaged in transit, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, please include photographs of the packaging and the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
